    It was easy to get wheelchair accessible room with lockers and that's great. The location for Visakhapatnam was best possible and comfortable, close enough to the main restaurant where the buffet is well done, Vizag airport, and Visakhapatnam.

    The warm welcome from staff members like Ms. Shruthi and Mr Bijay Kumar. The luxurious room offered a amazing city view, complemented by really good food and attentive service from the chefs Ganesh and Bitlu.

    The room I stayed in, a Beautiful King Room, was spacious and well-appointed. The bed offered wonderful comfort. I especially enjoyed the variety of breakfast options with plenty of delicious dishes to choose from. The cleaning staff was so great with their attention to detail, even adding a decorative touch for my welcome. Keeping the room temperature comfortable was a challenge, often made worse by the wind chill from the AC. The shower's water temperature could be warmer as well. Location-wise, while the hotel offered good amenities, I wished for a place closer to the beach. Staff interaction was good, lending a bright smile and efficient service.

    The breakfast buffet was a culinary adventure! I loved the creamy cream cheese and the tasty variety of dishes, especially the good decorations by housekeeping. Plus, the rooftop swimming pool was a refreshing escape after indulging in all that food!

    While I enjoyed my stay, I wished the location was better. A residential building was too close, blocking sunlight from the curtain. Everything else, however, shined bright!

    The shower head constantly falling off is inconvenient!!! A broken toilet cover really shouldn't go unnoticed. The musty smell upon entering the room is off-putting and should definitely be addressed!!!

    Comfortable room, attentive staff, the roof-top pool provided a perfect escape after enjoying the extensive breakfast options. All this was conveniently located just 4 km from the nearest airport.

    The food for breakfast here is outstanding, especially for vegetarians. I was very impressed with the twin room. the location is really good and absolutely perfect - it's so close to the airport, the restaurant, the beaches, and the market. It couldn't be better. the hotel is just a 10-minute walk from Apca-Vdca Stadium.
